Your experience with Jeffrey Robert Salon starts here!

After reading through this information, we’ll ask you to fill out our New Guest Questionnaire where we will get to know you and your hair. This will allow us to make sure we are ready for you during your first visit.

Once you’ve filled out the questionnaire, you can book your first appointment online or by calling our front desk.

Your first visit

We are located at 732 Southbridge Street, Auburn. We share the same parking lot as Southbridge Credit Union. Parking is available in front of the salon.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time. Our waiting area is open to wait inside for your stylist.

We do accept all major credit cards & cash is always acceptable. Please note, our gratuity policy is we do not allow tips to be added to a credit or debit card transaction. As an alternative option, our stylists do have Venmo.

Masks are no longer required in the salon. If you would prefer your stylist to wear a mask during your visit, please let us know.

We kindly ask guests to continue best social distancing practices while in the salon.
